One-On-One training sessions are designed to help clients maximize their goals. Whether you’re interested in losing weight, building lean muscle, reducing pain, or training for a specific sport, Ethan can help.
Partner sessions are a fun, cost-effective way to stay motivated with a friend. Ethan can design a well-rounded program that meets each person’s needs.
Small group classes are set-up as circuits with a maximum of 5 people allowed. Ideally clients should be pain-free when attending these groups. Many functional training tools will be used like the TRX, BOSU, and kettlebells.
